The Brigham Young Home

Brigham Young's home was one that was built out of bricks. In his home you can read a letter written from his wife, Mary Ann, to Brigham telling him of Joseph Smith's death. Brigham was on a mission to the eastern states at the time. There is also restored china from the home when archeologists excavated the above ground root cellar.
This is the dining room where some leaders of the church would meet.

I thought this was neat. It's the baby's cradle that is attached to the rocking chair for the mother.
